Sienna's Blessing Day

The Sunday before Christmas Omar blessed Sienna at church. It was a very special day that we got to share with a lot of family and friends. Omar did a great job- what an amazing dad he is! Sienna made her screaming debut- she was dead asleep right before but started crying the second Omar started and kept it up right to the second he said Amen! Later he told me that she had pulled a fast one on him :) -the first of many to come I am sure! Well the day was so busy we forgot to pull out the camera during the party and only took a few family pictures with Sienna in her blessing dress, so here they are!

Utah for Christmas!

Our Christmas vacation was great! It was white, busy and full of family and friends! Sienna got to meet so many people! My parents house was full and basically a circus and we loved every minute of the action! Sienna was spoiled rotten and we did not even buy her one thing for Christmas :) we will live that up while we can! She also gave us one of the greatest gifts- a silent night! That is right she slept her first 8 hour stretch the night before Christmas Eve! Well here are a few of the million pictures taken!

Bath time at grandma's was always fun with lots of helpers (yes Sienna is in the sink even though you cannot see her). Maddie and/or James always had to be helping or watching. Right after this picture was taken Maddie sat up and put her feet in the water.

Okay so James absolutely adores Sienna!!! If baby Enna is anywhere in sight he is climbing to get to her, laying on her, kissing her, hugging her, rubbing her face, or begging to hold her! When she would cry he would come on a dead run to see what was wrong! Andrea told me that he is now calling baby Jesus in their nativity baby Enna! So SWEET! That must be why Sienna is smiling in this picture!



Omar definitely was taking advantage of the idea that we were on "vacation" he took as many naps as possible with Si! Oh and don't you love the binki in his mouth :)

Madison got a doodle bear for Christmas but Mikey ended up being the one getting doodled on! Look close he has marker all over his face!

We got to Utah late Tuesday night and went snowboarding Wednesday. Mikey and Omar went up in the morning and me and Heather went up for a half day. We have Mikey to thank for the pictures, we handed the camera off to him since we knew he would not be the one falling.

Early Christmas Partying!!!

I have been slow at posting but have too many cute pictures to skip them! Last week we had a great week enjoying the season- we went to see the temple lights, made gingerbread houses with Micaela and her family, dressed Sienna in her new cute Christmas outfit, and went to our ward Christmas party and saw Santa! Here are a few fun pics!

The outfit I could not resist buying-- her shirt says "Result of mommy kissing Santa" and don't you just LOVE those shoes?

Sienna is 1 month!

Sunday we celebrated Sienna's 1 month birthday in SAN DIEGO!!! Friday night I was driving home from errands and started thinking it would be a great weekend to go to San Diego, so I texted Omar at work and asked if he wanted to go surfing- we all know what the answer to that was!!! By 7 that night we were on our way and spent a great weekend in rainy SD with family and friends! We wish we had more time so we could have seen more friends- a weekend is too short!!! Omar did get a surf in even with the rumor that someone had spotted a 20 foot great white shark off of the coast of La Jolla.

Noah was so sweet with Sienna- he was making sure she had her blanket, giving her the binky, rubbing her head and holding her. He could not stop saying she's my cousin!

TJ Toolson made sure he got a minute with her and he is a pro- too bad we don't live closer he would be one of my favorite babysitters!

Ty was nervous but definitely wanted a minute with Sienna and she loved him!

By the end of the weekend this is how we all felt- pooped! But we are so glad we got to make our short road trip to SD!

Girls' Night Out!!!

So last week I went out with girlfriends for the first time since Sienna was born. Omar is such a great dad- he got a fussy (gassy) baby and handled it with ease! Once he got her to sleep she slept her longest yet- 7 1/2 hours! Luckily for me I was watching the Rockettes at the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix with the girls!

So a few weeks ago we went to the mall and got suckered into buying this great mud mask so we waited until Sienna was peacefully snoozing and...

Last week Sienna and I took our first trip to the Phoenix Zoo! We went with Micaela and her boys (including Garner, Sienna's future boyfriend) and Michelle and her kids. It was obviously an outing for me more than anything but Sienna enjoyed the fresh air and sleeping in the Bjorn! It was a beautiful overcast day that quickly turned into a torrential downpour!!! In the end we ran like track stars to the car, flip flops and all in the rain!

We as parents cannot be blamed for this spoiling- oh wait most of you already know that because you are to blame! Between the grandmas, family and friends Sienna has a closet full of darling outfits, shoes, bows, and jewelry! So I thought I would post a FEW pics of her sporting a few of her things! If the outfits you have given do not appear have no fear- she just pooped through them before I could get a picture :) I wish that wasn't true but it is!!!

the latest sienna news!

Life here in the Fabian household has been so busy! Here is the latest in pictures...

Sienna's ambilical cord fell off and she had her first bath in the kitchen sink!


Sienna poops on everyone (me above) and EVERYTHING- whenever her diaper is opened it inspires her to let loose!

She met Grandma Maria, Grandpa Carlos, and Aunt Cynthia!


At Sienna's 2 week check-up she had gained 1lb 4oz in ONE WEEK- all thanks to my over abundant milk supply so obviously shown above! I guess I won't be sitting leg to chest for a while :)


Sienna went out to dinner for the first time- O wishes she could eat Rubio's fish tacos with him!


Of course there has been lots of snugglin and sleeping!

And last but not least- the first little boy to meet Sienna wants her to be his girlfriend- should we be scared? :) We hope the future boys are as cute as Garner!!!
