A thumb-sucker already???

So we had an ultrasound this week and it was so fun to see our wild and active baby doing karate and then sucking her thumb--- that is right laying back sucking her thumb!!! So I am not a pro at scanning so I took a few pics of the ulrasound pics with my camera (I know ghetto) but I am hoping you can make out a few, it took me a while- I think I may be ultrasound challenged and Omar is the genius on this one! Sorry they are so blurry!

So this is her profile- the top of her head is to the left and her face is looking up and that is her arm above to the right slightly and her thumb on the way into her mouth.

Okay and this is the same view from farther back and she is really sucking her thumb!!!

A little more AZ...

Okay so here goes the real AZ story... my dad needed some help with his storage units and so we were enlisted- okay truth, Omar was enlisted in the 110 degree heat! Poor guy he was cursing AZ and wondering why we are moving there, I kept telling him he is just not used to it- as I was dying of heat not even lifting a finger! So this picture of him says it all!!! While the boys were hard at work we found some stickers in my dad's stuff from his old office and we had fun decorating James (Andrea' baby) and my stomach- we think we are pretty funny, sweats, scary face and all! So after we got back home to San Diego I came home from work one day to find this cute picture from Omar on our bedroom window- too cute huh?

We went to AZ this weekend to do a walk through on our house so here are a few pics...

Gym Rats

Okay that might not be totally true but I have been dang good considering my past gym record! O got me my membership for my b day and it has been fun going, especially with him. I love to be the little spy and watch him lift or play raquetball from my tredmill or elliptical on the 2nd floor! Here are a few pics of us before we left tonight, Omar is modeling his little sympathy belly in one of them :)

The Picture-less Update

So I am the super organized one who definitely packed our camera battery charger... and of course it is in the very back of the storage unit, so I just had to buy a new one online and it should be here soon! In meantime I missed the chance to take pictures of O's b-day and the 4th. We have been living the kidless, beach summer life (that is all about to change:)). Omar thinks he had the greatest birthday and nothing could make to me happier! He played ultimate frisbee with all the guys for about 3 hours in the morning and then we were off to the fair to eat greasy food, shop, and play games that are made so that no one wins-- and I am so glad because I did not want some oversized stuffed animal taking over our tiny room! After the fair we had time for a little rest and then we headed to meet a few friends at Benihana's so Omar could have his favorite sushi--- he was one full happy man! He was stoked to get a padre's jersey, blanket and hat and an I-tower for his i-pod, and some cash! It was a great day! This week we went to the beach twice, Omar surfed and I relaxed on the beach. On the fourth we did a lot of shopping, caught a movie and saw the fireworks from an awesome beach viewing spot with some friends. The baby is kicking like crazy and O can finally feel her, he thinks she loves sports because now when he reads ESPN magazine to her she kicks like crazy--- I think she may just hate it or just love him :) So all is well here in SD but our house in AZ is cruising along and we are getting that much closer to moving!
