Can they look anymore alike??

Sienna has slept in our bed probably 2 nights her whole life, so them sleeping side by side is a rare sight! The other night she got scared so Omar put her in our bed in the middle of the night and when I got out of bed the next morning, left the room and came back this made me laugh!!

FREEDOM!!

Last weekend Omar and I left the little people and the minivan behind and crossed the state line for a little getaway-- that is right we went to Idaho!! Not just Idaho, Lava Hot Springs, Idaho!

We love to go to the aquarium! Last week was Omar's spring break so we took the kids together! Malachi loved having daddy there because that meant freedom from the stroller I always make him ride in! I absolutely love the aquarium because I love the look of amazement in my kids eyes!

REACH!!!

This girl knows what she wants and will do just about anything to get it!! She LOVES to close doors and because of my fear of squashed fingers I have had to buy these handy little door guards (notice on the upper part of the door). Needless to say Sienna HATES them and freaks when we put them on. So the other day I put the guard on and walked into the kitchen, I came back a minute later to find Sienna with her chair pulled to the door, standing on it reaching with all her might and chanting "REACH, REACH!" This kid, gotta love her!!

and yes she made her own belt out of a keychain!

Green gone wrong!

I was so on it for St Patty's Day, I made sure we were all wearing green and this is how Sienna put her own twist on that...

newlyweds?!?!

Sunday we had to give talks in our new ward, so my mom and sister took our kids during church. I felt like a newlywed again, alone with Omar at church not wrestling a child for three hours... we even snapped a picture of ourselves-- which is so 3 years ago for us :)

I think my kids would sit on the porch all day if I let them! Malachi cries at the door a few times a day because he wants to. They love to wait for daddy or say goodbye to daddy, watch the dogs across the street, admire the fake deer in the neighbors yard, or wait for their friends coming to play! I think they really might be waiting for spring (the ideal warm one)!!

P.S. I promise to improve the boredom level of my blog... I have been horrible about taking pictures but I am going to do better!! Also I promise to take pictures of my almost put together house as soon as I remember to take pictures when the kids have not destroyed it!!
