Surprise!!

The other night I put the kids in bed and then folded laundry in my room. After, I walked out in the family room and found this little girl pillow and all!! She totally scared me but she looked so sweet!!

It has started...

Sienna being in school that is! I was dreading the beginning-- the first day I told Omar I felt like she was graduating from high school, it felt like it was the beginning of the end!! BUT she is absolutely loving it, so I will just enjoy my 5 hours a week of Malachi time!!

Labor Day = Party Day

Labor Day was fabulous-- we had Omar for an entire extra day that week and all we did was play!!

First we went to the lake with some friends. The water was pretty rough so tubing was where it was at!

I think the rough water made Malachi a little seasick,

so he made this face a lot,

eventually he did start to be his normal crazy self.

After the day at the lake we went to Grandma Vawdrey's for a BBQ.

Swiss Days

We love to wander around Swiss Days every year. The kids loved the scones and so did I!!

Sienna loves to keep Mac company when he wakes up from nap- most of the time he screams at her and demands mommy, but on a rare day...

Daddy Zoo Day

During Omar's 2 week school break we tried to drag him to as many of our normal party spots as possible!!

Liberty Park

While Omar had his summer (2 weeks) we tried to hit a few fun places in Salt Lake. One morning we decided to rent a paddle boat.

roadtrip to AZ

We try to go see my dad every few months, so Andrea and I took our kids and made a roadtrip of it! The kids did pretty good in the car- movies help so much!!

The Bonus to AZ trips to see dad is I get to see my best friend, Micaela, and Sienna gets to see "her prince"- Parker!
