This winter has been freezing and the weather has kept us away from the zoo, so as soon as we had a slightly warmer day we could not get there fast enough!

Sarah and I stood OOOing and Aahhing over this cute little monkey while our kids ran around wild, he was so cute!!

tWo MoNtHs!

It is strange how fast our first 2 months with this little guy have gone but at the same time how I can hardly remember life without him! 

He has been the sweetest baby, he sleeps great, eats great, poops great, he smiles and coos, he is mild tempered and goes with the flow of anything we have going on, he loves to snuggle, he has the most beautiful bright eyes, and he is the most adored thing in our house!!

Sometimes when I buckle this guy in his carseat I remember how tiny he was the first time he rode in his carseat. Why do they grow so fast?!

a day shy of 2 months

so NOT normal day!

This day started with Malachi begging to wear his basketball shorts in the snow that day. He kept coming out wearing different pairs, as time went on I realized he was still wearing every pair I had seen him in- all FOUR!

 

 

Sienna was begging to do her own hair

 

 

things weren't going her way at first

 

 

eventually she came out and asked for bows

 

 

so I let them go out in the snow and out in public exactly how they wanted to!

 

 

The day did end pretty normal- Sienna loving her sweet baby!

It was time to see the dentist and as I was watching things unfold I could not help snapping pictures because the kids looked so cute and silly!

 

 

Malachi has the tiniest little mouth and he handled the x-rays like a champ.

 

 

This cute girl could not stop gagging,

 

 

so she had to do this big girl x-ray.

 

 

No cavities, minimal drama, funny pictures & they even asked to go again a few days later- I call that dental success!
