SAN DIEGO

Okay so I have been MIA for good reasons... we just got back from the most crazy, busy trip to San Diego- I did not even make it half way down my list of people to call and go see! So to all of you we missed I am sorry and don't hate me :)

So I did what I always do and forgot to take pics of all the things and people I wanted to, I guess I need to practice before I have 2 babies to take pics of! So here are a few highlights of our trip!

SIENNA'S 6 MONTH BIRTHDAY
We celebrated visiting a few friends and letting daddy surf. We saw Kim and her girls (no pics) and then we drove to Laguna Beach to see the Surfas' (the fam I nannied for last). The boys have gotten so big and it was so fun to play with them and hang out for a bit. Sienna LOVED Nick so I got this cute pic of them.

PADRES GAME
I know you guys are all shocked :) You would think I was a lifelong fan or something! Sienna went to her first game and she thought it was fun until she got cold and tired and then she passed out and stayed asleep through all the commotion- even dad dancing like a fool! We went with the entire Fabian family and our friends Alex and Tara.

MOTHER'S DAY
We had a fun filled Mother's Day. We started with breakfast at Pablo (Omar's brother) and Michelle's house for breakfast made by the boys. They were quite the omlette makers and were quite proud. After we went to our old church and had a great time seeing a lot of friends. That night we headed to North County to stay with the Eddington clan (a family I nannied for a few years ago). They were so great to have us and treated us like royalty- including Jeff making me a late night hot ham and cheese when we got there.

MY BIRTHDAY
My birthday was absolutely awesome! Omar got up with Sienna and let me sleep in- love him! Then for the second day in a row he made me breakfast and pampered me! O babysat Sienna while I went to lunch with the girls. Then that night the Eddington's and Toolson's threw me a wonderful birthday party. I am so sad I did not get any pictures of the adults or the Eddington girls.

our latest family update

Sienna

Sienna is doing great and is still such a good baby. She loves to play with anything that is not a baby toy like water bottles, toes, hair, faces, and boxes. She LOVES to scratch everything: people, her crib sheets, her crib bumber, the carseat, the ottomans in our family room, seriously anything she can get her hands on! She hates to sit up she will just roll onto her tummy so she can scoot around. She loves to prop her leg up on things while she is playing on her back. One of her favorite things to do is to be on her daddy's shoulders. She has been eating rice cereal and a few other things for about a month and she LOVES food- I cannot get it in her mouth fast enough!
I forgot to put this cute picture of the cousins ready for church

Sienna eating avocado- she loves it!

This picture makes me imagine her laying on a pool float, not sure why!

Omar
Omar will be done with finals this coming Monday and will have a short break from school-- YEAH! He works so hard and is still his happy self. He did a biggest loser challenge with my brother from January 1st to April 1st and he WON! He lost over twenty pounds- all of his sympathy baby weight!

Her favorite, pulling hair and eating her hand at the same time!

Me and Baby Fabian
That's right baby Fabian #2 will be making a debut around November 26th, making Sienna and the new baby 1 year and 2 1/2 weeks apart! Once the shock wore off for us the excitement set in! We know babies are a blessing and if I was nursing and on the pill and I still got pregnant this baby must be ready to come! Yesterday we had our first ultrasound and the tech looked around and around to make sure there was only one baby- what a relief!

Padres vs D Backs

So for Valentine's Day this year I told O I was buying him tickets to the Padres/D Backs game while they were here but the tickets were not on sale yet. When the date came to buy I totally spaced and then continued to space it and LUCKILY I did! A cute old man that Omar always helps at work came in the bank and handed Omar great tickets to the same game we were planning to go to! Lucky us! So last Friday my sweet parents and sister Andrea babysat Sienna and our good friends Tim and Kristin came with us. The downer to the story was that it was the night after the Padres' 22 inning game and they were beat and were slaughtered! You know you are a true Padres' fan when you can walk out of a game like that, in the opposing teams park, decked in Padres' gear with your head held high :)

The die hard fans next to us looked at us funny when we walked in and said "Are you guys together?" Tim tried to give a thumbs down to the Padres in this pic but ironically the Padres' hat covered it!

PARTY with the Wynn Family!

I know it has been longer than normal but things have been a party around here! My parents and Amy and Maddie came down from Utah for a visit. I love that we live close enough that they come visit as often as they can! We played and played and by Sunday everyone of us were exhausted!

The 3 Wynn grandkids, James, Madison, and Sienna

Sienna playing with mommy

Sienna loved just laying on a blanket and watching all the chaos. In this picture she is looking at Amy. It is so funny because when Maddie was a baby she would stare at me with a very confusedd look and now Sienna does the same to Amy-- I guess we really do look alike!

Bubbles!!! Don't you love Maddie's face??

We put James in this little pool one night and he kept jumping and splashing, everytime he splashed Sienna would crack up- she thinks he is so funny!

Grandpa helping Sienna take a little dip.

Our little family

So on Saturday we all headed to our community pool to play in the kiddie pool (we figured it would be nice and warm) and of course it was closed, so we braved the big pool! We planned on putting Sienna in the baby pool but the big pool was too cold- she would start screaming when we dipped her toes in, so she just sat and watched!

The whole gang

After much debate and then being pushed in, I got all the way in-- TOO COLD!

Sienna LOVES her grandma!

Grnadpa and the freezing kids!

This is a nice summary of the trip, no matter where we were the kids wanted to play with Sienna!

Our funny baby!

Sienna is 5 months today and she is totally changing everyday- it is killing me :) She is sitting up and can scoot a few feet on her tummy, she just wants to go! I know you are thinking she looks like Omar but she must be Heather's daughter! Yesterday I had so much to do and I was trying to get ready, she was dying to be right by me so I put her in Omar's sink-- she LOVED it!

boy crazy-- or driving the boys crazy!?!

Sienna seems to have a whole possee of boys that love her and she definitely loves them! Here are a few of them!

Si and Brady playing

James absolutely adores Sienna and cannot stand to be away from her when she is around. After this picture was taken he turned around to watch tv and held her hand while he did!

Garner and Parker are both giving some love. Garner wanted to have a sleepover with Sienna so he made them a bed and they layed down. Soon enough Parker was over giving some love- luckily not with his knee this time!

Last but definitely not least Sienna is a daddy's girl! One day I had Si playing on the mat while I was getting some things done and O was studying and next time I walked in the room this is what I found... she is looking at him so sweet I love it!

Opening Day at the Fabian's

Yesterday was opening day at Petco Park and we celebrated here at the Fabian house! The Padres gave us a good win to start the season!
GO PADRES!!!

Sienna is covering her Padres' logo with her chubby little arm- she just cannot get enough of that hand!
