The BIG birthday bAsH!

Sienna's birthday was quite the event! Here are the highlights of the BIG day!

The day started with church, so we took a family pic- I know NO mom should be that pregnant on their baby's first birthday!

enjoying the company at dinner-- she could not stop laughing at Uncle Kelly

mY bAby Is ONE!

Today is my little angel's birthday! What a special day to reflect on the last year and the amazing experience we had one year ago today. We are so blessed to have this special baby girl in our home and in our family. We love her so much and though we never imagined she would come to our family so soon we are so grateful she was sent to us exactly when she was! We are so happy she is part of our eternal family! Here are a few pictures looking back over this first special year!

SNOW and 37 weeks!

So the real snow has begun here! We woke up yesterday morning to a beautiful blanket of snow, we had to take Sienna out to see it first thing- she was in awe! Yesterday I also hit 37 weeks-- crazy, less than 3 weeks left of the one child life! I had a doctor's appointment today and I am dialated to a 2 and I am 50% thinned out, so things are beginning! We were so good about taking belly shots when I was pregnant with Sienna and have definitely not been this time around-- finally today we remembered so here are a few belly shots! Now I just need to get everything ready for another little munchkin!

Our Happy Halloween!!

Sienna's first Halloween was fun for all of us! We played all day and all night-- Andrea and James came to town so we all went to the aquarium. The kids loved it. Sienna was fascinated and was game to touch all the touch-able creatures. That night we went to grandma and grandpa Vawdrey's to trick or treat and go to their trunk or treat. Sienna got lots of candy for her prego mommy!

Our Fun Filled Week

We had a busy and fun week. We started off at the Children's Museum in Salt Lake with some kids I was watching and Sienna was in heaven! Later in the week we went to Gardner Village to see the witches, Sienna was a little confused at the chaos but liked the pumpkins. Then last night we went to the ReAL Salt Lake game- Omar officially has a Utah team to like!

We have arrived!

So we made it through the move- Sienna even found a new favorite toy!

Between a wild 11 month old, a tired prego mama and little time I am not sure how we got it all done- oh wait, yes I do! OMAR & MY MOM & DAD--thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had to say a lot of sad goodbyes to friends, family, sunshine, summer clothes but one thing we are so not sad that we left behind are these little suckers...

Yes, that is right-- GOODBYE SCORPIANS-- we hate you and we are so glad you will no longer be living with us!

Now HELLO FREEZING COLD UTAH, family, friends, winter clothes, heaters, hot chocolate, slippers, mountains, and let us not forget SNOW! Yes, it is true the snow has alredy begun! We went straight from AC to heat but we are enjoying the change of scenery. We have had a nice first week. Omar has been interviewing for new jobs, we had our 2nd anniversary (where we figured out I have been pregnant 18 of our 24 months married- don't be jealous), we worked a little for my aunt counting cars, we have taken some brisk fall walks and we went to cheer on the only AZ team we ever had love for, GO SUNS!

Thanks for the tickets Mikey!
