Easter Eggstravaganza!!!

We have seriously been attending Easter festivities since last Monday, so here goes a million pictures!!!

EASTER EGG HUNT #1

Monday we went to Grandma & Grandpa Vawdrey's neighborhood Easter egg hunt and Sienna was in heaven!

Sienna got one egg for each hand and was set-- she was so happy just running around shaking her eggs!

Malachi was happy with the grandmas!

my cute grandma and grandpa and James

EASTER EGG HUNT #2

I forgot to take pictures but Thursday we went to my friend Lexie's parent's house for a fun little Easter party. Sienna colored her paper bag, then attempted to load all the crayons in her bag and steal them. Finally the hunt! Once again one egg for each hand and she was done. In the end she put her eggs in other kids baskets and thought it was cool- she was happy to leave empty handed, especially after all the yummy treats!

EASTER EGG HUNT #3

Saturday morning was our neighborhood hunt. Sienna demanded on walking over and took a nice little spill and skinned her knee. By the time we recovered from the fall she wanted to be back down and walking around, not one minute passes before she face-planted on the asphalt--- clumbsy morning! Finally the hunting began!

Sienna enjoying freedom!

Malachi content to be outside on a ride!

This is how most of the hunting went-- daddy's assistance!

This momma and her baby boy enjoyed watching!

EASTER MORNING

The morning started with my crazy Mexican pretending the Tortilla bunny came and brought Sienna tortillas!

As you can tell Sienna was less than enthused by the Tortilla Bunny's delivery!

But she LOVED all the goodies from the Easter bunny- especially that sticker book, oh and the funny momma wearing bunny ears!

Is this picture not classic??!?

So Sienna grabbed her new Easter purse and blew us all a kiss goodbye!

and what baby would not be stoked with this new getup??

THE ATTEMPT AT FAMILY PICTURES...

a picture of the girls ready for church

It started with Sienna running away,

then refusing to sit on a rock,

then the parents getting desperate to make her smile,

and finally you can see everyone's faces and no one is freaking out!

HUNTING & PARTYING AT GRANDMA & GRANDPA VAWDREY'S
Sunday afternoon we celebrated with the family!

Do pictures of 4 kids 4 and under get better than this??Do you love James holding the baby?

this one is pretty cute too

grandpa helping Sienna hunt

she would not pick the eggs up herself so I had to hand her every single one but at least she mastered the loading of her basket!

after the hunt Sienna just sat under this tree and unloaded and reloaded her basket all alone

bug hunting with Aunt Tami

Her cutest Easter outfit of all!

my cousin Riley was so cute playing with Malachi

and Sienna!

How to play with the baby brother...

First you have to hunt for the perfect stickers,

then get that sticker in the right spot on his face,

then get right in his face and smile- just in case he has bad eyesight and we don't know it!

OH YOU WANT TO HEAR MORE?!?!
First you just sit by him and look at your sticker book,

then you make sure he gets lots of stickers on his bib,
then you sit on him so you can help him play with his toy,

then you gotta make the momma happy and pose for that camera,

And in the end this is how happy you make baby brother!

Oh and my baby brother is so big he rolled over this week and decided to grow into his 9 month clothes, mom keeps whining that her baby is getting too big but he is just trying to keep up with me! I love having a baby brudder (that is what daddy calls him, I guess he can't say his th's- don't worry when I decide to show everyone that I really can talk I will teach him)!!!

SOOO TOO BIG!

My kids are like unstoppable weeds- they will not stop growing! This last month has been so busy and I have not updated on some BIG milestones!
SIENNA
My baby girl has suddenly become a BIG girl, at least she thinks so! In the last fews weeks she finally got the courage to let go and walk on her own. She is figuring out the climbing thing and loves to sit on chairs! She picks something everyday to be obsessed with from her coat to spatulas or the laundry basket! Our house is a disaster thanks to our little whirlwind!

walking around in her coat- all dressed up with no where to go!

she suddenly LOVES cartoons in the morning- who doesn't watch cartoons on their bike in the morning?

this is one of her many faces--- she was a little confused at why the basket fell over

I cannot believe how much these 2 love each other and already interact

MALACHI

Our little muchkin has become a big baby too soon! At his 4 months appointment Mac weighs 15lbs 5oz (70th percentile) and is 26 inches long (90th percentile). He is a giggly little spitter who thinks everyone is talking to him! He moved into his own room this month and loves his big crib!

being entertained by his best buddy while waiting for mommy to get everything packed to go

Malachi LOVES his pink bumbo! He has such good head control and loves looking around at all the chaos in this house!

Time with Grandma Maria!

We are so glad Grandma Maria came to see us! We got to spend lots of quality time with her, she taught me to make some of her best Mexican recipes, and she brought lots of nice presents!

Malachi loved all the snuggling!

Sienna was a silly show-off and pretty good for getting all 4 of her 1 year molars!

Thanks for the cute dress and bow!!

Grandma had a nice view from her bed her last morning here!

TONS of pictures!

So many pictures, so little time!
We are going through a sticker obsession- you will find little stickers anywhere this little miss has been!

She is surprisingly helpful and loves giving her baby the binki!

and lots of loves and snuggles-- can you tell he is used to the smothering?

Sienna cannot get enough of this kitty snow hat- why wear clothes if you have this hat?

doing itsy bitsy spider

reading, reading and more reading on Pooh's lap

they already play together :) or fight over the swing!

YES we let our toddler dance on the counter!

Sienna pretend feeds herself only about a million times a day- this is my favorite position!

Malachi will probably love having his feet tickled thanks to his big sister!

Her BIGGEST obsession right now is "the buttons" so the other night she had to check out grandpa's!

Very intently looking at grandpa's button- do you love the sticker?

Mac LOVES his new lovey- look at that grip!

Sienna sitting on her baby while stirring her pretend dinner, what a good little mommy, huh?

How cute is our little monkey??

the piano is a hotspot at our house-- and yes Sienna's tongue is always poking out like that!

Sienna was traced in nursery this last Sunday-- that is right Sienna is officially a nursery goer! We have the nicest nursery leaders that let her come in 3 months early and this mama could not be happier!! She is such a big girl, once she is in the door she does not even turn around to say goodbye!

Aisley

Yesterday my brother and I flew to AZ for the day to take care of some things and the timing was perfect, my best friend Micaela had her baby girl the night before! So I got to swing by the hospital for a few to meet Aisley!

Sweet little Aisley just 12 hours old!

The proudest 2nd mama! Her mommy was too tired from that whole labor thing so I got there just in time with the girl bling!

Micaela and I- who looks that hot 12 hours after giving birth, only Micaela!

So I left the house at 6am and got home at 10pm. Omar had the babies all day and I came home to clean laundry, errands run and a clean house- Omar might be better at this mommy thing than I am!
