The one year old celebration is over and done with and it was fun!

Mac was loving my cousin Riley's hat after dinner!

TA-DA, here is Malachi's egg-free, milk-free cake-- it is called depression cake, don't worry we didn't tell him that!

good thing because he grabbed the whole pan out of my hand before I could set it down and went to town!

so we put him in the sink for a bath and called it a night!

(oh and this is his new look as he sports an underbite playing with his 4 new teeth he is getting all at the same time-- make that his 4 first teeth!)

My baby is ONE and I can hardly stand it! We are the proud parents of not only 1 but 2 SURPRISE babies and we are so glad they came exactly when they did! Malachi is a little fire-cracker just like his sister except in a total boy way! How did he just know how to be a total boy?? Mystery to me but we love doing the boy thing with him!

my top five things I love about Mac are...

1. he snuggles his momma every single day-- he is a momma's boy!

2. he cracks himself up and laughs at everyone's jokes-- he is a giggler!

3. he is fiesty and does not let the big kids take advantage of him- he can hold his own against Si!

4. he is a serious eater-- the kids sometimes eats for 45 minutes straight!

5. he has a great arm-- some guy even told me that on a plane when Mac through his binki across the aisle staight at the guys chest!

I LOVE my little guy.. here is a look back at his first year!!

Day ONE with my baby!!

6 months-- love those beautiful blue eyes!

7 months started to get a little more spunky

at 8 months we were finally starting to figure out all the allergies and he became a happy eater!

9 months-- growing like a weed, just not around-- my skinny boy!

10 months-- one of my favorite looks!

11 months-- starting to look so old!!!

Our life has been just that-- bonkers!! We have had the swine in our house, pink eye, 3 first teeth (all at the same time), and we have been house hunting!

So our life has been as crazy as our wild kiddos!!

If you stop at our house at any random time this is most likely the kind of get-up you would find Sienna in!

Malachi is my little pig that can eat and eat and never gets chunky-- thank goodness for Whole Foods, he actually can eat something besides cheerios and plain fruit or veggies, poor allergy baby!!

This is Sienna's best friend Leo the leopard-- here she is caught making out with him!!

just thought this was cute of my little guy!!

Mac loves his cousins and LOVES to point-- he cracks himself up!!

she is not a climber but when this girl wants something she finds a way-- I cannot complain she is reaching for a pear!

playdough time, even Mac joins in-- you have to keep an eagle eye on him because he is quick to the mouth, and my luck he would be highly allergic!

This picture says it all about this girl! Her favorite color is pink, she LOVES to read books, Leo is her baby she loves and loves, she knows what she wants-- she had to wear those bows this day, and don't forget the beloved backpack she has on almost 24 hours a day--including in her sleep!



It is coat time here in Utah-- the fall was mild but the cold has come!!

We had a little birthday party for Sienna on Sunday. That morning she put this dress up on and wouldn't take it off so she was our little birthday princess! She got lots of fun presents and was quite the entertainment!

Grandma gave her this cute new doll and high chair and she LOVES it! First thing she grabbed some hotdogs and bacon for her new baby-- straight from a non-meat-lover! Oh and notice her new elmo slippers we have hardly gotten off of her since Sunday.

Sienna also got a new elmo towel from Grandma Vawdrey that she would not take off-- not even for elmo cupcake time!

I think she was a little nervous to eat her best friend elmo, so she started by licking the wrapper and then ate the bottom of the cupcake and none of elmo!

is TWO!!

Here she is the morning after she was born-- our perfect little baby girl!

Here she is one year ago today at her 1st birthday party!

Here is the little crazy girl this morning! She refused to take off her pj's for half the day, she wanted them unzipped, her elmo slippers over them, her backpack on, and one pigtail in and one frowing from sleeping on it last night-- and I didn't even fight her to change because it is her birthday!!

Sienna is our little fire-cracker! She is the typical two-year old already! She knows what she wants from the what song we listen to in the car to what shoes she will wear and what foot each will go on. She plays hard, she laughs hard, and she pushes hard! She makes us laugh, she gives great hugs, she folds her arms so cute for prayers, she loves to learn letters and numbers, she loves wheat pasta with anything on it, she is obsessed with elmo and her stuffed animal Leo the leopard, and her favorite color is pink!! We love our spunky, strong-willed, silly, sassy little girlie!!

Sienna was not scared by the spooky stuff and loved getting the candy to put in her bag-- she did not even care to eat a piece she just wanted to fill her bag.
