I feel like I have not blogged in ages- because we have been playing in Utah for a whole week! My mom and dad are the best- they flew us to Utah and spoiled us with fun, entertainment, good food, free babysitting, and of course some r & r! We had the best time being together as a family and just getting away for a week! I am anti-slide shows so here goes a long post!

grandpa entertaining his girls-- this reminds me of my dad entertaining us as kids except he was on a 3 wheeler and we were on sleds or he was driving a boat and we were on tubes- one of the only things that has changed is that he always seemed to be trying to kill us!

grandma and grandpa were dying to babysit so we enjoyed a night out as adults- this is the sight we pulled up to at the end of the night! How sweet!
OUR BIG GETAWAY
Our favorite part of this awesome trip was this... my dad got Omar and I a wonderful room at a great resort in Heber and my mom babysat while we went overnight. It was absolutely perfect, we had a fun dinner at the resort and yummy pastries. The next morning we slept in and ordered breakfast in bed, then enjoyed a morning of shopping!

We played hard and got into a little trouble (we have no idea exactly how she got into that basket)!
and we rested and relaxed! (yes this picture is real)
THANKS MOM AND DAD-- WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR TRIP!

How fabulous for you and Omar to get away for the night! I remember your Dad trying to kill us on the 3 wheeler with sleds tied to the back! I guess it didn't work with our generation so he will have to keep trying.

Looks like a great vacation! I love to get breakfast in bed or have room service. So fun to see all the pictures.
