If you have been missing us (for my 3 readers) we have a good excuse... SUNNY SAN DIEGO!! Our trip highlights were family, friends, the beach, no winter coats, and getting all those days with our daddy! We got to do some fun Christmas things with the family, visit some friends, eat at our favorite places, and play at the beach and we came home worn out!

we went to the beach one afternoon while Omar got some surfing pictures taken and then surfed-- this kid was trouble!!

she ran away from me a million times

maybe he watched!?!?
Noah and Sienna chased each other and ran around-- they love each other!
as if Malachi did not get enough sand on his head by throwing it in the air Sienna helped with a little more!
we walked to the water's edge to look for Omar surfing and Sienna ran toward a wave- it knocked her down and her head went under-- she got up and said, "The water got me Mommy!"

and this was the final product at midnight waiting a 1/2 hour for our baggage!

I'm soooooo happy I got to have a girls night with you while you were out here! Let's definitely make that a tradition! :) I sent the CD of all of Omar's surfing pictures to you yesterday morning so hopefully you'll get it on Saturday! Can't wait to hear which ones are your favorites! I was even able to impress Corey...he said I could sell the silhouettes (so if O is interested in becoming famous for stock photography let me know)! What a great time to escape to the beach. I am jealous. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. I love that picture of you climbing the sand hill with the kids. They sure keep you busy. Can't wait to see your new house when you get all settled in. Congrats! We need to get together!
